Discover My Trusted Favourites
The products I genuinely use, trust and come back to - for health, adventure and everyday life.
How this all Started
Since a cancer diagnosis and writing Hack Yourself Healthy, I've changed so much about how I live - what I eat, how I move, what I put in (and on) my body. And the question I get asked more than any other, whether it's in my DMs, at events or just chatting after a walk, is "what do you actually use?"
So here it is. Life Favourites is my personal edit of the products and brands I genuinely believe in - all in one place, with no fads and no fluff.
Why what you choose matters
Pauline Cox is one of the most brilliant minds I know when it comes to food and how it shapes us. She's my friend, my sounding board, and someone who has genuinely changed the way I think about what I put in my body. This is how she explains why it all matters.
Brands i love
Carefully chosen companies that share my values around health, integrity and living well.
Hunter & Gather

I’m passionate about reducing ultra-processed foods and getting back to real, honest ingredients. Hunter & Gather are leading that shift in such a practical way.
Their commitment to sugar-free, seed oil-free, properly sourced foods makes everyday choices feel clearer and more intentional - which is exactly how I try to approach my health.

Sow & Arrow

I’m always drawn to brands that make healthy living feel simpler, not more complicated. Sow & Arrow does exactly that, stocking the best of the best for healthy living - both online and in their Clevedon based shop.
Their focus on low sugar, real ingredients and properly researched supplements really resonates with me. It’s thoughtful, grounded and aligned with how I try to live - making small, conscious swaps that support long-term wellbeing.
Rebound Fitness

Movement has to feel doable for me - something I can return to again and again. Rebound Fitness makes that easy.
The rebounders are smooth, quiet and gentle on the joints, yet surprisingly powerful. It’s a joyful way to support bone strength, balance and long-term vitality without needing a gym or a complicated routine.
Skin Diligent

After a cancer diagnosis, I started asking better questions about what I put on my skin. What's actually in this? Who tested it, and for what? Skin Diligent is the only skincare brand I've found that systematically tests every formula for endocrine disruption - not as a tick-box exercise but as a founding principle. That matters a great deal to me. The fact that their science works at a cellular level, supporting how skin naturally renews itself rather than forcing results, feels like the right approach.

Oliiv - Extra Virgin Olive Oil

I’ve become quite passionate about olive oil over the past few years - it’s something I now have every single day. What I really like about Oliiv is their focus on freshness and seasonality. Cold pressed, extra virgin, rich in those beneficial polyphenols we hear so much about. It’s not just about taste, it’s about what it’s doing in the body.
For me, it’s a simple, daily ritual that supports long-term health - and Oliiv fits beautifully into that.

Canine Regenerative Omegas

I take Ahiflower omegas every day, and Zeus is no different now. When I found out the same UK-grown oil I use was being made for dogs, it felt like an obvious addition to his food.
He comes on most of my walks, so keeping his joints and energy supported as he gets older matters to me. Same farms, same regenerative principles, same traceability. I like that consistency.

Brands that actively move away from plastic always stand out to me, especially as we’re learning more about how microplastics are finding their way into our environment and even our bodies.
SUS Wellbeing takes that concern seriously. It’s a science-led brand that questions modern “convenience” and focuses instead on reducing toxins, avoiding unnecessary chemicals and creating products that feel much more in tune with nature.
AmazingAir

The quality of the air we breathe indoors is something I think about a lot. I've spent years researching what goes into my body through food, water and supplements - and at some point I had to face the fact that the air inside our homes is often more polluted than the air outside. AmazingAir caught my attention because the science behind it is serious and independently tested. I have both units at home, and I genuinely wouldn't be without them.

There's something I've come back to again and again since I've been looking more carefully at what I was putting on my skin: most of what's in a typical moisturiser has nothing to do with feeding your skin. When Lisa and Andrew Reed told me about what they were building in Pembrokeshire, the simplicity of it stopped me. Pure tallow and ethically sourced botanicals with no fillers. Just ingredients that have been nourishing skin for centuries, made by hand in small batches. That directness is exactly what I look for.

Storytelling has always been a huge part of my life, and having the right equipment - and the right guidance - makes all the difference.
Park Cameras have been incredibly supportive, helping me navigate everything from cameras to filming equipment. What I really value is their honest, expert advice. It never feels overwhelming, just clear and genuinely helpful.

Pink Ribbon Foundation

The Pink Ribbon Foundation is a charity very close to my heart. They do vital work supporting individuals and organisations across the UK, and helping to raise awareness around breast cancer in a way that truly makes a difference.
As an ambassador, I’m proud to support the work they do. Showcasing products they are involved with this like lightweight pink hairdryer, which gives back to the Foundation, feels especially meaningful - small choices that help support others too.
My Hack Yourself Healthy Book
Writing Hack Yourself Healthy was deeply personal for me. After my cancer diagnosis, I wanted to understand how I could truly support my body - not just survive, but thrive.
This book is a collection of the science, the ancient practices and the everyday habits that helped me rethink my health. From breathwork and cold exposure to nutrition, movement and mental resilience, it’s about empowering yourself with knowledge and small, practical changes.
If you’re curious about living better, longer and stronger, I’d love you to join me on that journey.
My walk Yourself Happy Book
Walking has always been my reset. It’s where I think clearly, breathe deeply and reconnect with what really matters.
In Walk Yourself Happy, I explore the simple but powerful impact that getting outside and moving your body can have on your mental and physical wellbeing. It’s not about extremes - it’s about fresh air, small steps and finding joy in the everyday.
Sometimes the simplest things make the biggest difference - this book is about finding that for yourself.
