Discover My Trusted Favourites

The products I genuinely use, trust and come back to - for health, adventure and everyday life.

How this all Started

Since a cancer diagnosis and writing Hack Yourself Healthy, I've changed so much about how I live - what I eat, how I move, what I put in (and on) my body. And the question I get asked more than any other, whether it's in my DMs, at events or just chatting after a walk, is "what do you actually use?"

So here it is. Life Favourites is my personal edit of the products and brands I genuinely believe in - all in one place, with no fads and no fluff.

Food i feel good about

These are the brands and places I trust - chosen for quality ingredients, real flavour and a genuine commitment to doing things the right way. The kind of food that supports energy, balance and a life well lived.

Why what you choose matters

Pauline Cox is one of the most brilliant minds I know when it comes to food and how it shapes us. She's my friend, my sounding board, and someone who has genuinely changed the way I think about what I put in my body. This is how she explains why it all matters.

  • ❝ Deciding what to eat every day is arguably one of the most important decisions we make. Our food isn't just fuel - it forms the building blocks from which we replenish, renew and restore ourselves. It shapes our energy, our sleep, our mood, and our long-term health. Choosing food that supports your body is the ultimate form of self-care.

Brands i love

Carefully chosen companies that share my values around health, integrity and living well.

HEALTHY LIVING

Hunter & Gather

I’m passionate about reducing ultra-processed foods and getting back to real, honest ingredients. Hunter & Gather are leading that shift in such a practical way.
Their commitment to sugar-free, seed oil-free, properly sourced foods makes everyday choices feel clearer and more intentional - which is exactly how I try to approach my health.

PRODUCT HIGHLIGHT
HEALTHY LIVING

Sow & Arrow

I’m always drawn to brands that make healthy living feel simpler, not more complicated. Sow & Arrow does exactly that, stocking the best of the best for healthy living - both online and in their Clevedon based shop.
Their focus on low sugar, real ingredients and properly researched supplements really resonates with me. It’s thoughtful, grounded and aligned with how I try to live - making small, conscious swaps that support long-term wellbeing.

EXERCISE

Rebound Fitness

Movement has to feel doable for me - something I can return to again and again. Rebound Fitness makes that easy.
The rebounders are smooth, quiet and gentle on the joints, yet surprisingly powerful. It’s a joyful way to support bone strength, balance and long-term vitality without needing a gym or a complicated routine.

WELLNESS

Skin Diligent

After a cancer diagnosis, I started asking better questions about what I put on my skin. What's actually in this? Who tested it, and for what? Skin Diligent is the only skincare brand I've found that systematically tests every formula for endocrine disruption - not as a tick-box exercise but as a founding principle. That matters a great deal to me. The fact that their science works at a cellular level, supporting how skin naturally renews itself rather than forcing results, feels like the right approach.

Wellness

Anavive Hair Nutrition

Hair health is rarely just one thing - and that's always been my problem with lots of supplements on the market. They feel like a scattergun approach, and not always the best ingredient forms.
Anavive includes a very clever pea shoot extract - something I hadn't come across before, but which has been studied specifically for its role in the hair growth cycle, particularly around thinning and shedding. Pair that with a carefully chosen mix of clean, highly bioavailable nutrients and it starts to feel a lot more considered - science-led, thoughtful, and built for the long game.

HEALTHY EATING

Oliiv - Extra Virgin Olive Oil

I’ve become quite passionate about olive oil over the past few years - it’s something I now have every single day. What I really like about Oliiv is their focus on freshness and seasonality. Cold pressed, extra virgin, rich in those beneficial polyphenols we hear so much about. It’s not just about taste, it’s about what it’s doing in the body.
For me, it’s a simple, daily ritual that supports long-term health - and Oliiv fits beautifully into that.

PETS

Canine Regenerative Omegas

I take Ahiflower omegas every day, and Zeus is no different now. When I found out the same UK-grown oil I use was being made for dogs, it felt like an obvious addition to his food.

He comes on most of my walks, so keeping his joints and energy supported as he gets older matters to me. Same farms, same regenerative principles, same traceability. I like that consistency.

Wellness

SUS Skincare

Brands that actively move away from plastic always stand out to me, especially as we’re learning more about how microplastics are finding their way into our environment and even our bodies.
SUS Wellbeing takes that concern seriously. It’s a science-led brand that questions modern “convenience” and focuses instead on reducing toxins, avoiding unnecessary chemicals and creating products that feel much more in tune with nature.

ACCESSORIES

AmazingAir

The quality of the air we breathe indoors is something I think about a lot. I've spent years researching what goes into my body through food, water and supplements - and at some point I had to face the fact that the air inside our homes is often more polluted than the air outside. AmazingAir caught my attention because the science behind it is serious and independently tested. I have both units at home, and I genuinely wouldn't be without them.

WELLNESS

Cow Face Beauty

There's something I've come back to again and again since I've been looking more carefully at what I was putting on my skin: most of what's in a typical moisturiser has nothing to do with feeding your skin. When Lisa and Andrew Reed told me about what they were building in Pembrokeshire, the simplicity of it stopped me. Pure tallow and ethically sourced botanicals with no fillers. Just ingredients that have been nourishing skin for centuries, made by hand in small batches. That directness is exactly what I look for.

EQUIPMENT

Park Cameras

Storytelling has always been a huge part of my life, and having the right equipment - and the right guidance - makes all the difference.
Park Cameras have been incredibly supportive, helping me navigate everything from cameras to filming equipment. What I really value is their honest, expert advice. It never feels overwhelming, just clear and genuinely helpful.

CHARITY

Pink Ribbon Foundation

The Pink Ribbon Foundation is a charity very close to my heart. They do vital work supporting individuals and organisations across the UK, and helping to raise awareness around breast cancer in a way that truly makes a difference.
As an ambassador, I’m proud to support the work they do. Showcasing products they are involved with this like lightweight pink hairdryer, which gives back to the Foundation, feels especially meaningful - small choices that help support others too.

Got Questions?

Straight answers to the things people ask me most about Life Favourites - how it works, how I choose what goes on here, and what happens when you explore through my links.

No. I don't sell anything directly through this site. Life Favourites is my personal collection of products and brands that I genuinely believe in and keep coming back to. When you click through to a product, you'll land on my page where I explain why I love it and how it fits into my life - and then you can head straight to the brand's own website if you'd like to learn more. Any purchase, experience and customer service all comes directly from the lovely people at the brand itself.

Everything here is something I've personally tried or thoroughly researched and believe in. I'm not interested in promoting anything for the sake of it, ever. These are brands that align with my values - quality ingredients, integrity, sustainability, and a genuine commitment to helping people live well. Some I've used for years, some I've discovered through my own health journey and research for my book, Hack Yourself Healthy. If it's on this site, it's because I rate it.

No - and in many cases, you'll actually pay less. I've worked with several of my favourite brands to arrange exclusive discount codes for my community, so you'll often find a saving when you shop through Life Favourites.

The brand does, directly. Because your purchase is made through the brand's own website, everything from payment to delivery to returns is handled by them. If you have any questions about an order, you'll need to contact the brand's customer service team. I'm always happy to hear your feedback on products though - it helps me keep my recommendations honest and up to date.

I share what I believe in and what I've found through my own research and health journey, but I'm not a doctor or a nutritionist. What suits me might not suit everyone. If you have specific health concerns or conditions, please check with your GP or healthcare professional before trying something new. That said, I do my best to explain exactly why each product has earned its place here so you can make an informed choice.

I'm always discovering new brands and products - through my own research, through conversations with the incredible experts I work with, and through recommendations from my community. I only add something when I've had proper time to look into it, use it and test it - and I'm confident it deserves a spot here. Quality over quantity, always.

Absolutely. I love hearing from you. If there's something you've discovered that you think aligns with what Life Favourites is about, drop me a message through my social channels. I can't promise everything will make it onto the site, but I'm always open to exploring something new.
